I had to learn that no tickets go on sale online. That is a problem for me because I will arrive from Dusseldorf at Malpensa on Saturday morning and then by train around 11-12h in Cremona.

Quando ho fatto i biglietti x altri mi han sempre chiesto documento con foto (o mezzo fotocopia o da telefono su whatsapp)
